Returns Policy

You may open the product and look at it of course. You can inspect it and judge the quality of the product.

We are not in this business to waste our time or yours. We are not in the business of letting people try out products to see it they like them. Please don’t order anything unless you intend to keep it. If you have an issue and you purchased from Golden Motor Canada our reputation is rock solid. Google it!

If the product is installed or used in any way you have accepted the product and a return will not be possible. If the product is not functioning correctly please see our warranty policy. Remember Rock Solid!

You may return most new, unused items within 10 days of delivery for a refund. We do not refund the original cost of shipping the product to you or the cost of you shipping the product to us.

Any items we do accept back will also have a 20 percent restocking fee. The fee is calculated on the cost of the product and any applicable tax amount paid. The fee is not calculated on any shipping charge. If there is any customs charge or any fee paid to receive an item back this amount will be also deducted from the refund.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
